Glen Bernard is a leader in environmental education. Our significant commitment to teaching environmental sustainability is demonstrated by the use of solar energy, composting toilets and energy efficient lighting. Our earth education program and activities take place in state-of the art, solar powered buildings which allow campers to interact and learn about sustainable technologies and our relationship with the natural world.  Our tripping program is an excellent hands-on learning opportunity for campers to truly understand the footprint they leave behind on the earth.

The Arts are an important part of the camp experience. Nourish your creative side by learning how to create different projects such as paper maché, stained glass or build a wood project in our woodshop. Step out onto the stage by participating in a theatre production (in Period 1, A, 2 and C) or showcasing your talent at the talent show!

GBC’s 730-acre property is ideal for many land activities such as high ropes and archery. Explore our other land activities!
